City of Pontiac Newsletter Available in Print and Online
Expanded Format
In this new edition, we increased the number of pages from 8 pages to 12 pages. The original plan of having specific newsletters mailed to specific district addresses became logistically challenging. As a result, we conducted a thorough review of the process and determined that by increasing the total number of pages, we could:
- include all council representatives' messages in the same publication, thus eliminating the need for seven different print runs
- increase the distribution to include all occupied addresses and businesses
- decrease the cost of postage by having publications delivered to addresses and not specific individuals (who may no longer reside at that location)
- reduce duplicate copies being sent to one address
Accessible in Print and Online
Our goal is to make this newsletter easily accessible as it is filled with important information that affects everyone in the city! We began distributing the newsletters last week via standard mail so keep an eye out for it in your mailbox. If you have not received your copy yet, we have also posted them on the city's website and on each council representative's page. You may also access it by clicking on the link below:
