Executive Order 2022-01 - Non Stationary Vendors

On the evening of March 28, 2022, it was brought to the attention of the administration that there is a gray area in Article XIXa Mobile Food Vehicle Vendors. This gray area made it difficult to regulate all mobile food vendors with equity. On March 29, 2022, I executed Executive Order 2022-01 which temporarily creates a new class of mobile food vendors to be regulated. This will allow for the equitable regulation of all mobile food vendors while also giving the Pontiac City Council time to adequately review and modify the requisite city ordinances as they see fit.
