Income Tax Division Discontinues Mailing Tax Forms
Beginning with tax year 2024, the City of Pontiac Income Tax Division will no longer be mailing the P-1040-ES Estimated Tax Declaration form, instructions and payment vouchers. The Income Tax Division will also no longer be mailing the Quarterly/Monthly P-941 payment vouchers and PW-3 Reconciliation forms. These forms are available on the Income Tax page at: https://pontiac.mi.us/departments/finance/income_tax/tax_forms.php. Click on the form name and select the appropriate year. Please note that the 2024 Tax forms will not be available until January 15, 2024.
