- Operators must register with the City for zoning, building and rental registration.
- Uses are restricted to Multiple Family Dwelling Zoning Districts (R-3 or R-4) with Special Exception approval UNLESS GRANDFATHERED IN BEFORE OCTOBER 31, 2023.
- The distance (or buffer) between facilities is now 1,500 feet.
