The new 2021-2025 Master Plan for Pontiac's Parks and Recreation has been adopted and put into action.

There is no shortage of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors in Pontiac. In addition to Pontiac's 30 city parks and recreation fields, there are three metroparks and six state parks within a short distance.

City Parks

Pontiac has eight major parks and 22 neighborhood parks. Below are a list of parks and the facilities that are available. Click on the map to get a detailed map of some of our major parks.

5. Beaudette Park - Orchard Lake Rd. & Sylvan Ct.

6. Murphy Park - Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. & Osmun St.

  • Closed shelter/warming house (currently not available for rental)

7. North Kiwanis Park - Stanley Ave. & Kinney Rd.
