The Human Resources Department is charged with the responsibility of coordinating and administering recruitment, examination, compensation, benefits, payroll, training, and classification services for the City. Integral parts of the department's responsibilities are monitoring and complying with labor agreements as well as creation and monitoring of Federal, State, and City employment laws, polices, and procedures.
Our mission is to assist in creating and sustaining a workforce of highly qualified supervisors and employees who serve the community.
