WRAP (Water Assistance Program)

Available through the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA), WRAP provides assistance to low-income residences including:
  • Home Water Audit
  • Conservation Education
  • Plumbing repairs up to $2,000
  • Monthly Credit and Help with Arrears
  • Household Assistance
  • First payment mad at initial enrollment
