FEMA FLOOD PLAIN INFORMATION

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) provides flood plain maps. These maps help residents and the municipalities make plans for land use and for emergency purposes. Where your property lies in a flood plain can affect your insurance costs.

The Engineering Division provides a wide range of engineering services to the Department of Public Works and Utilities, the Mayor’s Office, Other City Departments, as well as the general public. Below are generalities and specific functions of the division:
