The following maps identify approved tax incentive districts in the City of Pontiac: OPRA (Obsolete Property Rehabilitation Act) and IDD (Industrial Development Districts).
OPRA (Obsolete Property Rehabilitation Act). OPRA provides an incentive to encourage the  significant rehabilitation of older commercial buildings in which a facility is contaminated, blighted or functionally obsolete.

IDD (Industrial Development Districts). IDD provides a tax incentive to manufacturers to enable renovation and expansion of aging facilities, assist in the building of new facilities, and to promote the establishment of high tech facilities.
