The Zoning Board of Appeals is a quasi-judicial body of seven (7) members appointed by the City Council to serve a three (3) year term. Their principal function is:
- To hear and decide appeals of administrative decisions made in implementing the zoning ordinance.
- To hear and decide requests for variances from the strict terms of the zoning ordinance.
- To interpret the provisions of the zoning ordinance.
The Zoning Board of Appeals meets on the third (3rd) Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 47450 Woodward Avenue, Pontiac, MI 48342
The regularly scheduled Zoning Board of Appeals meeting scheduled to
take place on Tuesday, November 14th, is hereby cancelled and
rescheduled to be held at the next normally scheduled meeting
date, TUESDAY, DECEMBER 19th, 2017 AT 7:00 P.M. In the Council
Chambers of City Hall, 47450 Woodward Avenue, Pontiac, Michigan.
