Their function is to control and manage all publicly-owned housing in the city of Pontiac.

Membership: There are five (5) members who must have been residents of the city for at least two years prior to their appointment.
Meeting Time: Meets the second Wednesday of each month at 3:30 p.m. at 132 Franklin Boulevard
 
Term: Five (5) year terms.
