Biography:

Councilman Parker attended Community College of the Airforce and received his Associate of Science degree. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree at Destiny Christian University.  William is an active Pastor at New Springfield Missionary Baptist Church. He is an Environmental Service Manager as a Service Master. William is also an Operations Support Director for HHA Services as well as for Kaiser Permanente Health System. He has affiliations with New Springfield Missionary Baptist Church, NAACP and Pontiac Lions Club.

Councilman Parker is active in the community and is the Vice President of the District 5 Citizens District Council. He was previously the Vice Moderator of the Crystal Lake Missionary Baptist District Association with the Committee of Fifty. William is the Vice President of the Oakland County Ministerial Fellowship and a member of the Pontiac Parks and Recreation committee.
