FINANCE - Budget & Audit Divisions Welcome to the Budget & Audit Webpage
The Budget Division prepares revenue and expenditures projections, budget instructions and target budgets. The division controls expenditures within approved appropriations, prepares budget resolutions, adjustments, budget-related briefings and summaries.
The Internal Audit Division conducts comprehensive performance audits of selected city programs, systems, and functions in accordance with Generally Accepted Government Audit Standards. We respond with internal or contract resources to issues requiring audit objectivity. We also assure timely financial audits and monitoring of the city's subrecipients.
