Department of Public Works & Utilities - Pontiac Municipal Golf Course

The Pontiac Municipal Golf Course has served the citizens of Pontiac and neighboring communities for over 70 years.  The course was redeveloped in the fall of 1993 and reopened in August of 1995.  Several new and exciting residential communities were included as part of the overall golf development project.  For housing information contact the Villages of Crystal Lake at (248)338-0303.

Come to Pontiac and enjoy public golf's best value. You will find our course professionally planned and meticulously groomed to enhance your golfing experience. The variety of golf holes is exceptionally diverse with a mix of long and short holes, left and right doglegs blended into undulating topography. The golf course includes wetlands, ponds, wooded and open areas with several holes bounded by beautiful Crystal Lakes. The par 3 fourteenth hole is unique as an island hole. Our course provides great golfing excitement at a very affordable price. Experienced golfers will appreciate the challenges offered by the course, as they compare to those found at the best public courses in the area. Other amenities include a practice putting green, 81 Club Car golf carts, golf tournaments, outings, leagues and a food and beverage concession. The course is conveniently located on Golf Drive just 1/8 mile East of Telegraph and 3/4 mile West of Woodward.
