This task force discusses the implementation of the goals of this division regarding local and minority participation in city contracts and purchases.

 Membership: This task force is chaired by a representative of the Mayor's office and includes the purchasing agent, representatives of the various authorities, city council, the contract compliance units, local business community and the public.
