Police Trial Board
A panel of the Trial Board consisting of five (5) members chosen at random by lot shall serve as the Trial Board in a given case, to hear and determine a complaint against an accused member or members of the Police Department. The Trial Board adopts rules and regulations relative to all sworn personnel of the Police Department. - Membership: There are fifteen (15) members, appointed by the Mayor.
- Meeting Times: Only as needed
- Term: Three (3) years, or until successor is appointed.
