General Building Authority (GBA)
Oversees and governs any major building or construction projects undertaken by the City of Pontiac through the sale of Municipal bonds per Act 31, 1931. The board is also responsible for debt service payments on these bonds.
- Membership: Four (4) members of the governing body of the GBA shall be appointed by the Mayor subject to conformation by the City Council. The Mayor shall be the fifth member by virtue of his office
- Meeting Times: Meets the third Wednesday of the month at Noon in the Growth Group Offices at 8 N. Saginaw, when necessary.
