Economic Development Council (EDC)
To establish a vehicle to work in the public interest to strengthen and revitalize the economy of Pontiac through increased employment opportunity, expansion of the tax base and optimal location of necessary commercial services.
Membership: There will be no less than nine (9) members, not more than three of whom shall be an officer or employee of the Municipality, appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council.
- Meeting Times: Meets the second Tuesday of the month at 8:30 a.m. at Growth Group Offices, 8 N. Saginaw.
Term: Six years or until successor is appointed.
