Building Code Board of Appeals
This Board was created to oversee the licensing requirements for building contractors.
- Membership: Five members appointed by the Mayor, one (1) a licensed professional engineer or architect; (1) a building or superintendent of building construction with at least ten years experience; (2) shall be from the same profession or occupation and at least one (1) professional engineer shall be a structural or civil engineer with architectural engineering experience
Meeting Times: as needed
Term: Five years, or until successor is appointed
