Parks and Recreation
There is no shortage of opportunity to enjoy the outdoors in Pontiac. In addition to Pontiac's 14 city parks and recreation fields, there are three metroparks and six state parks within a short distance. In downtown Pontiac on top of the Phoenix Center, sits an 8-acre park complete with trees, bushes and a state-of-the-art amphitheater.
Pontiac's Community Centers provide year-round activities and serve as the home for many civic organizations.
